Juniors (5-12 years)
Our Junior classes provide a space where girls can cultivate healthy minds and bodies, whilst discovering a love for dance and building lasting friendships.
Through a blend of dance styles, girls learn essential skills, from energetic warm-ups to basic ballet, stretching, and fun jazz routines.
Physie helps girls develop balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, poise, posture, and stamina, while also fostering concentration, discipline, confidence, memory, listening skills, musical appreciation, teamwork, and respect.
At the start of each year, an age appropriate National syllabus is introduced, with choreography set to lively, upbeat music
During the year, juniors have the opportunity to perform at optional individual and team competitions.
Seniors (13+years)
Each new year, our seniors tackle challenging choreography, ranging from intense cardio warmups to an advanced contemporary and high-energy dance routines. To master this syllabus girls must have great strength, fitness, control and flexibility.
Our Senior classes have a great sense of community where friendships thrive, and every member is supported and motivated to reach their full potential.
During the year, seniors have the opportunity to perform at competitions where team bonding is further enhanced.

Ladies (17- over 70 years)
The Como Ladies Physie class is a lively and welcoming group where women of all levels come together to stay fit and have fun. Whether you are brand new to Physie or returning after a break, you will love how enjoyable the classes are—so much so that you won’t even realise you're exercising! With routines that focus on strength, flexibility, and coordination, you will feel energised and toned while making lasting connections with other women. Competitions are optional, and the team spirit is unmatched. Join us for fitness, fun, and friendship.
